TURNKEY INSTALLATIONS

  • FABRICATION

    It takes 3-4 months to manufacture your water simulation tank. Tanks are depreciable as an equipment purchase. Indoor installations only.

  • TRANSPORTATION

    We handle shipping and transportation direct to your construction site. Tanks, equipment, and gear arrive in three 40ft shipping containers.

  • INSTALLATION

    Installation takes 6 weeks to complete and over 10,000 nuts and bolts. Tanks can be disassembled, moved, reassembled and used again if needed.

  • CIVIL ENGINEERING

    Assistance with architectural renderings, obtaining site surveys, soil-testing, geo-tech reports, and stamped drawings.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Assistance with greenfield excavating and clearing, site grading and leveling, concrete preforms and foundation pouring.

  • BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

    Assistance with erecting pre-engineered metal buildings or steel-ribbed, block and brick structures, HVAC, fixtures and finish-out.

ORDERING PROCESS

  • Once you have an idea of the tank you are interested in, request a quote from us and we will send you an estimate of cost. Everything will be included and the resulting solution is turnkey.

  • After we receive your quote request our staff will generate an estimate based on your selections, tax rate, and any applicable discounts. If everything looks good then you issue us a PO.

  • Purchase orders can by issued by email or via postal service. Please reference the estimate number on your purchase order. When we receive your PO we will issue you an invoice.

  • After we receive your purchase order we will send you an invoice spelling out all equipment requests, shipping, and taxes.

  • Before executing payment, we will exchange floor plans, spec sheets, warranty, and installation schedule. We will also provide our Certificate of Insurance.

  • All payments are to be wired directly, due to the size of the payments associated with large equipment purchasing. Wire information can be obtained from your invoice. Please reference the invoice number with your wire payment.

  • After payment is received we will contact you immediately to schedule meetings for design and site visits. The entire process from payment to using the tank is approximately six (6) months.
