The irrational implementation of the Skywalk project in T Nagar under the Smart City Mission appears to have directly been responsible for flooding in Ranganathan Street and surrounding areas during recent rains as a concrete pillar supporting the skywalk has been built over a storm water drain right near the office of the T Nagar MLA.
