The record rainfall for Dec. 13 is 2.99 in San Francisco.

Officials say there is no estimated time of reopening the westbound direction.

One person was rescued from a home in Hillsborough on Monday, according to the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department.
The department posted a video to Twitter showing the ongoing flooding.
